We are seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to spearhead our cybersecurity initiatives. This role encompasses both leadership and operational management of our cybersecurity framework, focusing on technical security, governance, and risk management.
As a key member of our Technology Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with our Tech Services Director, CTO, Director of Product, and Director of Algo Underwriting. Your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic initiatives and ensure that all teams align with Brit Group Services' cybersecurity objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a scalable and cost-effective cybersecurity vision and strategy.
- Establish a robust security infrastructure and governance framework to address emerging threats and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships within the cybersecurity landscape to enhance client services and foster growth opportunities.
- Work alongside the underwriting team to refine our understanding of cyber risk.
