About the Role

Ambitious and results-driven Store Manager required to lead our retail store team to success. As a confident leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

With a proven track record of managing a successful retail store, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service, managing and developing your team, and driving the overall performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage and develop the store team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Drive the overall performance of the store, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Implement Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines to create an engaging and attractive store environment
  • Maximize commercial opportunities to drive sales growth and profitability
