Responsibilities:

* Manage the full process of creating and executing proposals for both new and existing clients
* Handle follow-up questions and complete EBC/publication surveys
* Oversee daily task distribution and provide training to the team when necessary
* Foster connections within the company and externally with a broad network of both investment and non-investment experts
* Experience of either pensions administration, investment management, or RFP/bid writing is essential
* Experience of leading successful strategic projects
* People management/workflow coordination preferable
