Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the internal approval process for quotations, ensuring alignment with the company's pricing policies and approval by relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure quotations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to customer retention efforts by delivering high-quality, timely quotations that enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, including report and dashboard creation.
  • Salary circa £40,000 - £45,000 and benefits package commensurate with level of role.
