Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Commercial Officer to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. This will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and ensuring that our commercial operations are aligned with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key customers.
  3. Ensure that our commercial operations are aligned with our overall business objectives.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  5. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on commercial performance and progress.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that commercial objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in the steel manufacturing industry.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
