Document Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Control Manager to join our team at Anglian Water's @one Alliance. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Document Management System.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of 2-4 Document Controllers, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective administration of project files and information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of BIM 360 projects and the effective use of the Document Management System.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including establishing review workflows, adding project team members to projects, and setting and managing permissions.
- Monitor compliance with relevant policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Design Managers to develop procedures, guidance, and training materials to support the effective use of BIM 360 Docs.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administrative experience, with a strong understanding of how this role can contribute to successful project delivery.
- Experience of managing a team, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing staff.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to utilise technology to organise and support the team.
- A passion for detail and ensuring that colleagues have the knowledge, skills, and support to understand and embrace the detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the business.
