About Ground Control

Ground Control is a leading provider of eMobility infrastructure solutions, dedicated to helping the UK become carbon neutral by 2050. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering EV vehicle infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the setup of construction sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Issue permits and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
  • Authorise additional works as required and manage the quality of installations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure all health and safety requirements are being met.
  • Travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

  • A valid clean EU/UK driving license.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate and train others.
  • A strong focus on maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • A strong focus on health and safety with a track record of resolving potential issues.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
