Job Title: Children and Young People Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver workshops in schools and universities to empower young people.
  • Manage caseloads and provide support from point of entry.
  • Conduct screening, assessment, and recovery plans for service users.
Requirements:
  • Enhanced Child and Adults DBS (within 12 months/update service registered).
  • Valid Right to Work.
  • Most Recent Employment References.
