What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead our site-based finance teams at Warrington, delivering optimal operational performance and providing decision support to our site General Manager. You'll ensure that our internal control environment is implemented in line with group policy and provide leadership and direction to our site finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the site-based internal control environment, addressing identified risks and ensuring the integrity of the balance sheet through monthly detailed reviews.
  • Optimise site financial performance, focusing on operational conversion, including direct labour, waste, and fixed costs.
  • Owner and gatekeeper of the site capital process, including planning and prioritising future spend, monitoring and challenging project timescales.
  • Contribute to the wider BU operational finance team, ensuring continuous improvement in controls, efficiency, and ways of working.
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA post-qualification experience gained within Retail, Manufacturing, or FMCG.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
