Senior Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing and Brand Development

  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies to boost brand presence, client loyalty, and new client acquisition.
  • Direct social media initiatives and execution, staying informed on market trends and competitor movements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and initiatives.

Digital Marketing and Content Development

  • Produce captivating content for our website, newsletters, social media, and various communication channels.
  • Oversee video marketing content production.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Coordinate design tasks with our Graphic Designer.

Business Growth and Event Coordination

  • Assist Partners in business growth activities, including researching industry events and managing speaking engagements.
  • Identify and pursue corporate partnerships and events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of our annual event, including setup, communications, and post-event follow-up.
  • Update and maintain the template library for internal documentation in collaboration with our Graphic Designer.
  • Participate in industry events to demonstrate expertise and expand professional networks.

Internal Communication Management

  • Oversee the monthly internal newsletter and assist the Operations Manager with various internal events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services.
  • Proven success in developing effective marketing strategies.
  • A creative innovator capable of generating compelling ideas that articulate a rich brand story.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, utilizing consumer insights and data to inform growth opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams across various regions.
  • Strong business acumen and expertise in digital marketing.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for the role.
