Role and Responsibilities:

The Water Department is seeking a data coordinator to join our growing team. The team is responsible for providing audit and procurement services to clients, aiming to deliver cost savings and improved levels of service. Reporting to the Head of Water Procurement, the successful candidate will be confident in dealing with internal account managers, suppliers, and customers, have experience using CRM systems, and possess good IT skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all audit work, including sales/order information and terms of the audit.
  • Track progress of audit and allocate work to internal team members.
  • Collate site, supply, and invoice information, and obtain up-to-date site records.
  • Collate supplier and wholesale tariff information, and obtain and record invoice information.
  • Update all collated information in internal documents and CRM system.
  • Produce reports to pass onto audit surveyors and provide MI reporting to line managers in an agreed format.
  • Record and update processes as necessary.
  • Adhere to the company Health & Safety Policy and take reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others.


Requirements:

  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with Excel being essential.
