Junior/trainee Relationship Manger

Due to continuing expansion our client, an international service company is actively seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and ambitious Sales Support/ Trainee Relationship Manger to complement their growing team.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
- Assist with onboarding new clients and conducting initial needs assessments
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services
- Assist with data entry and analysis to support client reporting requirements

Experience within Sales and/or Sales Administration role would be beneficial as would excellent IT skills and experience of a CRM system, you will always display exceptional organisational skills together with a corporate and professional approach to work with the ability to multitask effectively and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
