**Junior Electrical Estimator - BEMS**

Kirkham, Lancashire

£25,000 - £35,000

**Information on the role**
- Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing
- Compile tender comparisons and consideration
- Help present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken
- Offer advice on risk and value engineering options
- Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders
- Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases
- Develop relationships with consultants and clients
- Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them

**What we’d like from you**
- **Proven Estimating or Electrical Knowledge/Experience**:

- **Electrically biased preferred**:

- Recent Quantity Surveying Graduates considered
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Products
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
