**Electrical Estimator - BEMS**

**Location**: Kirkham, Lancashire

**Salary**: £35,000-£50,000

**Information on the role**:

- Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing
- Compile tender comparisons and consideration
- Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken
- Offer advice on risk and value engineering options
- Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders
- Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases
- Develop relationships with consultants and clients
- Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them

**What we’d like from you**:

- Experience Estimating Electrical projects across a variety of sectors, including the Education, Healthcare, Domestic, Heritage, Commercial, Leisure, & Retail sectors
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
- Trimble experience would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
