Position Overview:
We are seeking a Water Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our accomplished Siteworks team.

Key Responsibilities:
The Water Site Services team is in need of a detail-oriented self-starter to facilitate Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) solutions for an expanding customer base.

The team is tasked with delivering water data logging and meter reading services, aiding clients in monitoring their water consumption to achieve reduced usage, enhanced cost predictability, and alignment with sustainability objectives.

Reporting directly to the Senior Siteworks Consultant, the ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal account managers, suppliers, and clients, along with experience in CRM systems and proficient IT capabilities.

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the preparation of new proposals for water AMR solutions for Account Managers.
  • Documenting all Leak Detection tasks on a workflow tracker.
  • Updating meter readings in the system upon receipt from the field.
  • Utilizing job sheets to provide the finance department with necessary invoicing details.
  • Overseeing the submission of refund allowances when applicable.
  • Managing new AMR sales projects from initiation to completion, including:
    • Collaborating with customers during the onboarding process to gather essential information.
    • Requesting supplier quotations and ensuring alignment with expectations.
    • Coordinating installations and ensuring timely completion of site visits.
    • Ensuring service delivery is operational once AMRs are installed.
    • Updating the CRM with relevant order book information.
    • Reviewing portfolios and fault reports from AMR providers, including:
      • Investigating potential faults on-site and arranging maintenance visits.
      • Coordinating payments for visits outside of maintenance agreements.
      • Providing management information reporting to the line manager in an agreed format.
    • Adhering to the company Health & Safety Policy, taking reasonable care for personal and others' health and safety, and collaborating with managers and colleagues to meet our objectives and legal obligations.

Qualifications:
Essential:
  • Professional and confident telephone communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Desirable:
  • Experience in the water industry.
  • Background in metering or a related role.
