- Regularly inspect restaurant areas to ensure consistent levels of cleanliness, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, responding to their needs and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
- Follow established procedures and maintain good food safety practices at all times, adhering to our Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certifications.
- Utilize your customer service experience to provide excellent service, communicate effectively with customers, and handle customer feedback.
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
- Good merchandising skills and till experience.
- Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certifications.
- Monday to Friday working hours available.
