The RNLI is seeking a skilled IT Service Support Analyst to join its End User Computing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Control and maintenance of SharePoint databases recording assets
- Support the End User Computing Services Manager with processes and procedures
- Responsible for the upkeep of the knowledge base
- Support the Service Desk Manager with weekly reporting and analysis of data
- Triage of tickets and support for the end-to-end cycle of equipment and service ordering and payment
- Generation of reports and support for in-line projects
- Update of communication channels (intranet, team sites, etc.)
**Requirements:**
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Excellent attention to detail, administration, and communication skills
- Experience working with ticketing/issue logging tools
- Knowledge and use of financial processes and systems
- Advanced use of Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
