About the Role

The RNLI is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Support Analyst to join our End User Computing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and manage SharePoint databases to record assets
  • Coordinate the return of equipment from leavers
  • Support the End User Computing Services Manager with process and procedure development
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the knowledge base
  • Support the Service Desk Manager with weekly reporting and analysis of data
  • Triaging tickets and providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting the end-to-end cycle of equipment and service ordering and payment
  • Generating reports and supporting line projects
  • Updating communication channels and intranet sites
About You

We are looking for someone with excellent customer relationship skills, attention to detail, administration, and communication skills. Experience working with ticketing/issue logging tools, financial processes, and Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is essential.
