We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Floor Manager to join our team at Watches of Switzerland Group. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales floor team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure stock levels are optimized and meet customer demand
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
