Culinary Support Staff

As a vital member of the culinary team, you will play an essential role in maintaining the efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all kitchen spaces and equipment are kept in pristine condition. By supporting the overall workflow, you will contribute to the seamless operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established cleaning protocols for the kitchen and maintain cleanliness in designated areas as instructed
  • Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and properly maintained, utilizing personal protective equipment and cleaning agents as required
  • Promptly report any maintenance concerns to the Head Chef
  • Follow all organizational policies and procedures to comply with statutory regulations
  • Abide by the food hygiene standards set forth
  • Exhibit flexibility and readiness to assist other departments during peak times when necessary
  • Complete COSHH and HACCP training as required
  • Demonstrate willingness to support various departments during busy periods
