About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mathematics Subject Support Manager to join our team at AQA. As a key member of our Subject Support team, you will play a pivotal role in directly supporting our customers for Mathematics and ensuring that AQA is the go-to board for your subject.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle escalated enquiries from schools and education centres, enhancing customer service and providing expert support for Mathematics.
  • Support teachers to plan and deliver our STEM specifications (Mathematics), using our support materials to enable their continuous improvement.
  • Engage with teachers in the field, using our support materials to enable their continuous improvement and provide valuable insights into assessment content and materials.
  • Act as an Internal consultant for your specialist subject, providing insight and training to customer-facing teams.
Requirements
  • Experience of teaching GCSE and/or A Level Mathematics within the last 2 years.
  • Ability to travel extensively with overnight stays on occasion.
