Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Team Lead to join our team at Helpful Investments Limited. As a Residential Team Lead, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic care to young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality therapeutic care to young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure that all young people receive the appropriate level of care, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain a warm, nurturing, and homely living environment, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being among residents.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including meal planning, household management, and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, external agencies, and young people, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Develop and implement behavioral plans to support young people in achieving their goals and overcoming challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager to identify training and development needs, ensuring the team is equipped to provide exceptional care.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
