Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Waiting Staff member to join our team at Resorts World Birmingham. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and services to increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
