Head of Performance

At iO Associates, we're seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Head of Performance. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a portfolio of projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

About the Role

  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement effective delivery processes, ensuring seamless project execution and minimizing risks.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver projects to the required standard.

About You

  • Proven track record of delivering projects in the Defence or Government environment, or experience in a start-up environment with rapid product and MVP delivery.
  • Strong Programme, Project, or Portfolio Management skills, with experience managing teams and processes for successful delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
