Private Equity Fundraising Associate

About Our Client
Our client is a leading private equity growth firm seeking an experienced professional to join their Investor Relations team in London. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's fundraising efforts and maintaining strong relationships with their global institutional investor base.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality materials for current and future funds, including Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) and pitchbooks.
- Manage the Limited Partner (LP) diligence process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with investors.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of investor needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct thorough research on investors, identifying opportunities for engagement and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the investment team to ensure alignment on investor communication and relationship management strategies.
- Organize and execute investor events, conferences, and other initiatives to foster strong relationships and drive fundraising efforts.
Requirements
- Strong academic background and relevant professional experience in investor relations, private equity, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insights.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, investment professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Right to work in the UK.
