About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Industry Principal to join our team at Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology. As an Industry Principal, you will be responsible for driving transformational change in the Retail industry, leveraging our cutting-edge technology to unlock productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption in the Retail industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on Retail industry trends, best practices, and process optimization strategies.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging, positioning, and campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects to demonstrate the value of Celonis' Process Mining technology to customers.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in the Retail industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of process mining technology and its applications in the Retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
