Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Profit and Asset Protection Assistant Manager at JD Sports. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets, personnel, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures to minimize risk and protect company assets.
  • Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the physical security of our sites and company assets.
  • Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security culture.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement and other external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security management, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
