Overview of the Position
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a strong customer orientation to become part of our team. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer support during the hours of 19:00 to 23:00 Monday to Friday and 17:00 to 23:00 on Weekends and Bank Holidays.
The ideal candidate will take charge of customer interactions and ensure that clients are kept updated on the status of their inquiries, providing top-notch service consistently.
Additionally, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks to assist colleagues across the organization and participate in a standby rotation as needed.
Comprehensive training and support will be provided to help you excel in your role, including a minimum of 3 weeks of full-time, classroom-based training.
Our current work model is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote and office-based work.
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of customer service skills and align with our core values: customer-centric, results-oriented, collaborative, ethical, and innovative.
A flexible attitude towards your work environment is essential, along with a willingness to embrace training and support to navigate challenges and ensure outstanding customer service.
The selected candidate will be expected to work flexibly, as our operations run 7 days a week, including bank holidays.
