Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our London office. As a key member of our sector project team, you will provide administrative support and assist in the smooth running of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as point of contact for project-related tasks, including compilation and formatting of specifications, reports, presentations, document printing and binding, and following admin project delivery processes throughout a project lifecycle.
  • General typing duties, including production of letters, reports, presentations, specifications, etc.
  • Assist with the completion of expenses and timesheets on behalf of your sector project team.
  • Administration of holiday leave for project sector team.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, preparation of itineraries, and insurance following the company travel policy.
  • Support project QA compliance and document filing.
  • Maintain and update of Contact Relationship Management Database (CRM).
  • Support Ethics and Risk compliance processes and preparation of necessary paperwork.
  • Coordinate CSCS cards.
  • PPE, risk assessments/methods statements, monitoring company booking system.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administration role (preferred).
  • Hours flexibility (able to carry out overtime at short notice).
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
