About the Role

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a highly experienced P2P Team Leader to oversee our homebased P2P Finance Team of 11. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supervising the team and their workload, ensuring all work is processed to a high quality within set timescales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct disciplinaries and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as necessary.
  • Support the offshore accounts payable team and wider finance business partners.
Requirements

You must be an experienced supervisor or team leader with a background in P2P finance or accounts payable. You will be confident and approachable, with experience in mentoring and coaching team members, and be willing to engage with the day-to-day workload. It is essential that you have excellent Excel, data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation skills.
