We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Band 3 BMA Team leader for our UHCW Site in Coventry.
The successful applicant will provide support in delivering training, compiling staff rotas and ensuring BMA staff compliance with KPIs, including performing PDRs. Full training and support will be given.
The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly across shifts and weekends in line with service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inputting accurate and timely patient and specimen data on to Trust computerised systems.
- Responsible for monitoring and recording of staff leave / absence.
- Responsible for ensuring mandatory training is completed.
