Job Title: Head of Commercial - Visitor Management Software Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Commercial to join our team at Highbridge Talent. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the business health from a financial perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage the commercial team to ensure effective account management, customer relationships, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize new business opportunities and product enhancements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and business development.
  • Excellent sales and account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
