Head of Commercial Opportunity

Profectus Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading software solutions company specializing in the Heritage sector. They are seeking a Head of Commercial on a permanent basis to drive growth, new product areas, and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue and market opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee product development and marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent the company at external events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, including performance reviews and team development to ensure high-performing teams.
  • Achieve business targets and ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive sales and marketing experience, preferably in the Heritage or software solutions market.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Ability to innovate, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • A degree in business, management, or IT, or equivalent experience to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Travel required; valid driving license to represent the company at external events.

Desirable:

  • Presentation skills, technical IT knowledge, and experience with project management to drive business growth and expansion.
