We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Command Recruitment.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for administering the maintenance of our estate agency properties. This includes organizing repairs and maintenance, as well as ensuring compliance with legal documentation such as gas certificates and EPCs.

This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same. You will be making decisions autonomously, so you must be quick thinking and have a good understanding of how to manage a property.


Key Responsibilities

  • Attend regular meetings with the Property Management Team
  • Ensure landlords fulfill their obligations to tenants
  • Account for queries on accounts promptly and accurately
  • Manage repairs and maintenance costs
  • Ensure contractors are qualified and insured
  • Display relevant skills to identify and qualify landlord and tenant needs
  • Ensure gas safety certificates are up to date


Package

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
  • £32,000-£35,000 basic salary
  • Optional Saturday work for a salary uplift
  • Paid holiday
  • Company pension scheme
