Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Command Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all maintenance of estate agency properties, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Process accounts and invoices promptly and accurately, providing clear and transparent financial information.
  • Make decisions autonomously, using common sense and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure all contractors are adequately qualified, insured, and have relevant trade references.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all properties with gas supplies have current and valid gas safety certificates.

Package:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
  • Basic salary: £32,000-£35,000.
  • Optional Saturday work for a salary uplift.
  • Paid holiday entitlement.
  • Company pension scheme.
