Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and department heads
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong financial management and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a construction or related industry
