Job Title: Cluster Lead Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cluster Lead Nurse to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses across multiple sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality care.
  • Clinical Expertise: Develop and deliver clinical interventions that meet the needs of our service users, and contribute to the development of best practice in nursing care.
  • Service Development: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new services and initiatives that meet the needs of our service users.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the nursing team, and implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Registered with the NMC and a qualification in substance misuse.
  • Experience: Proven experience of managing teams across multiple sites, and a strong understanding of clinical interventions and UK Drug Strategy.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage change and prioritize tasks effectively.
