Premier Recruitment Group Limited is proud to represent a highly regarded client in the care sector. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Resourcing Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a well-established organization, offering a dynamic and diverse role with potential for career advancement.

Salary: £24,674 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications related to job applications and vacancies across the region.
  • Post job openings on both internal and external platforms, ensuring regular updates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Respond promptly to new applications submitted via the ATS.
  • Screen and forward CVs to Hiring Managers based on the specific requirements outlined in job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and dispatch interview invitations to candidates.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers and staff to ensure timely receipt of necessary Right to Work and DBS documentation.
  • Request and follow up on references through verbal communication and the ATS.
  • Ensure compliance of documentation for new hires before confirming start dates.
  • Document and file DBS results promptly, adhering to Data Protection regulations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Resourcing tracker, reviewing it daily.
  • Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers regarding candidate progress during the onboarding process.
  • Issue accurate and compliant pro-formas to all services.
  • Address and resolve any Resourcing-related issues in a timely manner through effective communication with managers and staff.
  • Escalate any significant issues or changes as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and complete training as required.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed for the role.
  • Ensure personal Health & Safety and promote a safe working environment for colleagues.
  • Engage in supervision meetings with management and participate in the organization's appraisal system.
  • Attend Service Visits as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

  • The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be comfortable making phone calls, and have a solid understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
