EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Temporary, minimum 2 months

WORKING HOURS:

9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Office Angels is excited to assist this growing organization in their search for a Temporary Client Support Coordinator.

The office is situated in a rural area, so having personal transportation is recommended for a convenient commute.

This temporary role is set to commence immediately for a minimum duration of 2 months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Operate within a dynamic Client Support team addressing various inquiries
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls from clients
- Verify client details using the CRM system
- Maintain and update records while handling sensitive information
- Respond to emails or direct them to the appropriate department
- Escalate calls or issues as necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks such as document scanning and filing

- Strong communication and client service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Availability for a 2-month temporary engagement
