Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Sales Director to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and executing sales strategies tailored to the leisure segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our GSO network, leisure partners, and other stakeholders to maximize opportunities and uphold our reputation.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Sales and Revenue Management: Drive leisure sales through various channels, including wholesalers, retailers, and consortia, and ensure accurate and timely submission of administrative reports.
  • Team Management: Mentor and share expertise with the leisure sales team, and contribute to the development of sales action plans and special packages.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction, personally attending to guest needs and fostering cross-departmental communication to address guest feedback effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong Understanding of Luxury Market: Strong understanding of the luxury market and its trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Fluent Proficiency in Spanish and English: Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic Can-Do Attitude: Dynamic can-do attitude, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Team Player: Team player with a supportive attitude, able to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively deal with guests and other team members.
  • Experience with Opera: Experience with Opera preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to complete work within given deadlines.
  • Highly Organized: Highly organized, results-oriented, and guest-service-focused, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leisure sales within a luxury hotel or resort.
