About the Role

The Director of Leisure Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the luxury sector
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue
  • Cultivate diverse revenue streams and optimize the hotel's profitability
  • Align the product offerings with the brand's distinct positioning
  • Strategize and regularly refine the hotel's commercial approach
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities

About You

You will have a proven track record of success in leisure sales in the five-star market. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a firm understanding of negotiating and influencing skills.
