We are seeking an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills to join our established accountancy firm in Central London. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining electronic filing systems, preparing documents, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support.
- Utilise a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office, to prepare correspondence, invoices, documents, and reports.
- Assist in client set-up and billing processes.
- Operate office equipment and handle calls and enquiries.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working within an accountancy firm.
- Familiarity with online document management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Assist with client onboarding and billing processes.
