Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the company’s strategic goals and operational plans.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team tailored to drive results.
  • Establish robust systems to minimize operational gaps.
  • Be prepared to engage in various tasks, especially during the initial phases of your role.
  • Work closely with the founding team, providing insights and recommendations on operational efficiencies.
  • Support the team in sustaining growth and operational excellence.
  • Guide and mentor team members in their daily functions.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze data and report on company performance using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and profitability analysis.
  • Drive sustainable growth strategies for the next few years.

About You:

  • A minimum of 7 years in executive leadership roles within a dynamic eCommerce environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue from $1 Million to $30 Million within a 5-year timeframe.
  • Hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, alongside back-office operations.
  • Strong capabilities in strategic planning, forecasting, and risk assessment.
  • Experience in financial management, including P&L oversight and budget planning.
  • Leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more for over 7 years.
  • Desirable experience in business development and sales growth.
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to collaborate across different time zones.
