We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our catering operations at Thomas Franks Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of our catering facilities, ensuring seamless delivery of food and service to our clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our food offer, aligning with current market trends and company values.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety policies, as well as allergen control procedures.
- Prepare and submit month-end accounts and reports to our clients.
- Lead a team of catering professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a B&I or independent education contract catering environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Sound financial understanding and ability to manage budgets.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations, with experience in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.
