Job Title: Valet Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Valet Supervisor to join our team at Arnold Clark in Perth. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our valet services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize daily deliveries and collections to ensure efficient service.
  • Work closely with the branch manager to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote excellent communication between staff and management.
  • Carry out regular stock control and ordering of valeting materials.
  • Ensure valet bays are kept tidy and staff follow health and safety regulations.
  • Organize staff rotas to ensure shifts are covered.

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • The ability to motivate staff to reach targets.
  • Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
  • A full UK driving licence.
