We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) AI Regulatory Team as an Associate. This role will be responsible for executing programs in compliance with AI Regulation, specifically focusing on the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act.
Key Responsibilities- Information Management: Establish and maintain program governance processes across information management, including accreditation and maintenance of controls, documentation storage and update, and list maintenance.
- Reporting and MIS: Produce reporting and Management Information Systems (MIS) for program governance forums, senior management, and wider stakeholder groups.
- Program Governance: Ensure program governance through maintenance and update of program documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and guidance.
- Program Management: Assist the lead Program Manager with governance, planning, and RAID (risk, assumption, issues, dependency) management, as well as Change Management.
- Digital Tools: Utilize digital tools such as Alteryx workflow, Tableau, and Reporting tools to develop process automation, notifications, and reporting.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Information Management: Manage information covering Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams sites.
- Digital Tools Skills: Strong digital tools skills or an aptitude to learn them, including Alteryx and Tableau.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
- Organizational and Time Management: Well-organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work systematically, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills based on analysis of facts and data.
- Initiative and Motivation: Motivated and self-starter who networks effectively and is tenacious in achieving results.
