Job Title: Children's Residential Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Residential Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and direction of a 4-bed Children's Home in Runcorn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational leadership for all safeguarding matters
  • Train, supervise, and provide advice to support and develop the children's residential home
  • Ensure the highest standards of performance to help exceed Keys Group's quality standards and performance
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager to achieve quality ratings and meet regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to young people
Requirements:
  • Significant experience of working in a residential childcare setting
  • Previous management experience in a similar role
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care according to OFSTED regulations
  • Experience of regulatory inspection processes and achieving quality ratings
  • A good understanding of SCCIF guidelines and their application in practice
  • A current UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business purposes
