We are seeking to appoint an individual to provide essential support within our Pupil Wellbeing Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pastoral care to students
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT systems, including Excel and Word
- Exhibit outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with effective communication abilities
- Adapt to flexible working conditions to meet deadlines
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Possess strong written communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail
- Respond appropriately to the needs of customers
- A First Aid qualification is desirable.
This position is classified as Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scotland Act. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being extended by West Lothian Council.
