Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a Registered Nurse with HC One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to our Residents, advocating for their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-professional teams to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our Residents.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in their professional development, promoting a culture of excellence and kindness.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC Pin number and commitment to upholding the standards of practice set by the NMC.
  • Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of our Residents.
