Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a Nurse at HC One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to our Residents, advocating for their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with multi-professional teams to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our Residents.
- Contribute to the development of our care home teams, mentoring and supporting colleagues to achieve their full potential.
- Participate in safeguarding training and take an active role in identifying and reporting concerns.
- Valid NMC Pin number.
- Commitment to the standards of practice set by the NMC.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Understanding of the importance of effective communication and role-modelling professional behaviours.
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG.
